How to add a romanian IBAN ?

I want to withdraw to my IBAN euro account from Transylvania bank in Romania . Where do I add my IBAN ? I am quite dumb so short and clear directions would really  help .

You cannot withdrawl to local bank with your Romanian PayPal account. Only to card, preferably a Visa card.

This is very bad ...but it's not a local bank , it's in the whole of Romania , they should make it available ... so what do I do now ? send my money to a friend's paypal from west EU and he can send me direct transfer ... such a pain 😞

Paypal charges little/nothing to send and receive money from bank for us ,this is possible if a country has a nationwide clearance system,like USA,Canada,Western Europe where Paypal 's bank participates,note Paypal is not a bank,it is its bank where  it keeps our money which does the sending and receiving into the clearance sytem.

PAYPAL does not have bank account in every country and not every country has a clearing house where its banks clear with each other,so for some countries it uses VISA network,so get a VISA card,it may work in Romania?

you can use WESTERN Union,Moneygram or bank wiretransfer .

If it is a large sume of money ,and your recipient has a bank account ,bank wiretransfer is the best but you have to pay wiretransfer fee and he may have to pay accepting incoming wire fee.
