How to close a Case *Resolution Center*

Hi I'd like to know how to close a case I contacted the company about an item I bought and they explained its shipping is different than Amazon or Ebay.

Info in link below BUT you should never close a case until you have your item or a cleared refund as you cannot re-open it if you don't receive it.

Caution!  If you have a  dispute open for non-receipt, do not close it until item is received.  If you close it early, the seller has no incentive to ship.  You cannot open the case again if you don't receive the item.
