Is there a way to disallow paypal to take funds for regular transactions from my checking account - I only want to use it to put money there but not withdraw. I want to use only either paypal balance or linked cards to withdraw. I found how to do it for pre-approved payments, but cannot find how to do it for regular payments.
Make be slightly different in your country but it should be about here........... Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.

Thank you. Here unlike with pre-approved, you can choose only one option. So if I want to use paypal balance and the rest on card, I chose card now - but not sure if then all payment will go to card now, or if it still will use balance first, then card - which is how I would like to setup. Hope it is like that.
