How to get money from pending balance faster?

I created a Paypal account for my software devlop freelance work in order to my client can pay me, but I couldn't get my money because I'm non-established PayPal seller.

At first, it said I had to wait 21 days. I changed a transaction status to complete, then the waiting day reduced to 12 days.

Is there any ways I can get the money faster? Or Is there something like my client can rate me or tell Paypal that they already received the service to release the money?

if  you can upload a tracking showing service/goods have been delivered is the fastest way,else ask your buyer to mark it as received.

some sellers will mail a thnk you note with tracking so it would be released 3 days after tracking shows delivered,domestic cost would be 2.60.overseas payment,you will have to pay more and takes longer.

After I changed the transaction status to order processed, my client wil get the invoice in his email immediately, right? Or he has to wait for a moment, maybe hours or days? to get the invoice in order to mark it as recieved.

he should get your invoice immediately but Paypal is **bleep** up these days,it is late in sending invoice and payment notices.

just because he gets your invoice does not mean he wil mark it immediately,or it could end up in the spam folder.

There is no miracle,you are new and there is no tracking,you just have to wait.

the fastest way is wiretransfer or give your customer your bank routing/account number ACH 3-4 days.

set up a bank account just to receive payments,as soon as it is in your account ,transfer it to your regular bank account,you may have to leave a minimum balance in that account,depends on your bank.

But your customer may balk,as they do not want to part with their cash or they dont have cash and they dont get buyer protection,with service rendered,they shouldnot complain but you never know,many prefer to pay with credit card using Paypal.
