One month ago, I paid $49.99 to buy things on the online shopping platform called Shopify through quick pay method offered by Paypal. I don't know the exact name of this service but since it's offered by Paypal, I summited my Email address and bank card information. The shop is called "talaw". About 20 days ago, the website of the shop became unable to connect and they do not reply me any Emails. Now, I still received nothing.Obviously, it is a cheating. The only thing can be used as an improvement is the Email that Paypal send me.
Invoice ID: c14235801668.1
Merchant details
Othman Badrul
Now I used that Email and created a formal account on Paypal. I wanna know if there is any way that I can get my money back.

But I can't found this payment in activity column. Because when I use my Email to pay the bill, I don't have any Paypal accounts. I just log up an account using that Email yesterday.

Dispute with your debit card or bank. The transaction should be listed in your online banking account. That is all the advice we can can provide as your debit card is beyond the scope of this forum. You can call the number on the back of the debit card for assistance in disputing the payment you made with your card.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

Call the customer service number on back of your debit card, call/visit your local bank or sign on to your online banking account to find the transaction and file a dispute. We cannot tell you step by step. This is PayPal forum, not the bank issuer of your debit card. It appears that you used PayPal Guest to pay so there is no PayPal account that recorded your transaction so you cannot file a PayPal dispute. You can file it with the card or your bank that gave you the card.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

From what I gather Shopify is where user set up their own web store. I did a search of "the shop" in question and if this is the correct store, they took it down/disabled. Most of the support is geared towards sellers, than for buyers even though there is 24/7 online support.p: https://help.shopify.com/questions
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
