How to undo a "goods and services" fee on payment I received.

I was sent what was supposed to be a private transfer and realized that I was charged a fee. 

I figured out that this is probably because the sender incorrectly clicked the "goods and services" option when completing the transfer. 

I've now been detucted a fee of approx $50. Is there any way to undo this fee and have it refunded?

send it back(refund) and ask him to send again,do it right this time.

Paypal will refund its fee as well/
