How to use multiple gift cards for an online purchase that costs more than one gift card

I would like to make a $60 online purchase and I have a $50 visa gift card and a $50 american express gift card. I don't have a debit or credit card or bank account linked to my account so I'm wondering how I would be able to select both of these gift cards when choosing how I want to pay.

we are just Paypal users like you,is it absolute,only Paypal and God know.

I assume you have already tried and fail?

you can sell one of them on EBay,someone would buy it and pay with paypal.so voila,you have Paypal fund,can you use it with your giftcard to pay,I dont know,I dont use giftcard.

selling on Ebay has fees and no one would pay you full price of $50
