No and there seems to be no real answer. First I'm told it's up to the seller which forgive my ignorance that does not add up PayPal pays the seller right then so really they will take the payment from PayPal??!! Okay still haven't answered my question then I'm told it's not available to everyone again really I used it once in October but it hit my bank 4 days later oops!!? $@# it was corrected however at no expense to me and I had no problem with that mistakes happen, but haven't been able to use it since. It's active on my account all my information is verified . Ive been with PayPal for 2 years and had no issues " LOVE you guys but please fix this issue it was so much easier Set it and forget it where have I heard that.... . I don't care about the excuses inaccurate information or whatever. just fix it please so I can shop I don't want to stop using my account. Any suggestions I've got nothing. Boo PayPal
