Hi, I am from the Philippines. I set up my paypal account correctly and I know that paypal can identify me as a person living inside the philippines but cannot see this option
They said this option is available in the philippines.. but why my account has no such option. ?
Need this option as I am only sending money to my husband only and do not wish to get a fee or a charge for sending money to my family.
