I made my paypal first in America therefore I registered a phone number that only works in US.
However right now I am in Korea and whenever I try to send any money, Paypal does a Security Check at last stage to check that I am the owner and wants the US number I registered when I was back in America.
Tried switching Phone number to Korean Phone number but no luck....
Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
