Hello,
I have been trying to test IPNs in the Sandbox. When I make a new transaction, the IPN request is held in queue. When I try to have previous IPN resent, the message comes to my site, but I am unable to get a response from PayPal to complete the verfication "handshake." Is something wrong with the system? I was up and running last week.
