Hello, I have spent days in researching if I can sell propolis tincture which is alcohol extract of bee propolis. We are beekeeping farm, which produce bee products and also bee product extracts, sprays for nose and nasal sprays, beeswax ointments, candles etc.
Propolis tincture doesn't exist in Orange Book's Approved Drug Products with Therapeutic Equivalence Evaluations or is not being mentioned anywhere. The products ingredients are:
- propolis tincture (extract): 30% propolis, 95% ehtyl alcohol.
- propolis nasal spray: silver water, propolis tincture, (1.6 % vol) which alchohol free.
- throat spray: water, calendula, sumac, propolis tincture (15% vol) which is also alchohol free.
I check for each of the ingradients as well but they still not exist as allowed or forbiden. Medical drugs, devices, and healthcare policy of eBay also not allow or forbid it.
I can see a lot of listings like products of mine, but still existing of those is not guarantee I will not get banned.
Somebody can help with more information?
