Is my debit card billing address shown to a seller?

Hello. I know shipping address is usually set upon payment. But this particular debit card( confirmed) has a different billing address(same country) than my address on my profile with seller. Now when I make a payment. The normal paypal send money with debit card, does the receiver see the debit card billing address? And payment isnt for a tangible good.

No, just shipping address or the address you select during check out. If this is a virtual item, and you end up sending payment through Send & Request in the main PayPal menu, in the mailing address menu under amount to pay, you can select, No Address Needed.  Are you buying this virtual item through a webstore or you just send money directly from your PayPal account?

And make sure you send money as goods and services payment.

Ok, then, just select 'no address needed' in the address menu bar when you click Send & Request > Send Money for Goods & Services, and put in recipient email address and amount.
