Is there a specific time of day that held funds get released?

I have funds that were/are being held. They show they should be released today. The last time funds were held, it went seven days past the day the ebay item was confirmed by tracking info as delivered, so I had to call paypal and then they released them immediately.

It's about 9:45AM Eastern time. I'm just wondering if I should call paypal and ask them to release the funds, or if I should wait until later in the day to see if it happens automatically?

what time was the payment made?if it were made 10 am ,then it would be released after 10 am,robot is working its round.

No last time this happened I called Paypal and they said it was a paypal hold because the item was unusually high priced for my normal selling patterns. My ebay account is "above normal" selling standards and no limitations are listed as being on my account.

The seling info says the listing ended (and was paid for) at 10:34AM, presumably my time zone - so I should expect the funds to be released at 10:34? 😛 Sorry this is all very new to me.
