I was opening my bdo account online and I was shocked what I've encountered. My supposed to be maintaining balance is 2996 but my running balance is only 2945.10 and this is the message shown: POS W/D SV PAYPAL 4029357733 ATP SG 800603502989 which charged my account 50.90 php and it's heartbreaking. I don't understand why is this happening since I didn't use my paypal account for purchasing something yet.
