Money transfer from India to US account

I want to send 1500$ from my paypal india account to paypal US account. How much will be the transfer rate I will get for Ruppees to Dollar and how much fees will I pay? 

I have never used paypal account for international transaction. Can anybody help to get an idea?

But I will worry more about your goverment?Does it get sticky you are trying to move money out of India?

Is you Indian account set up properly for the address in India?

Is your U. S. account set up properly for where you reside in the U. S.?

Are you attempting to access one of the accounts from the other country?

If you are using your accounts improperly PayPal may limit your account or hold your funds.

There may be more risks than you anticipate, in addition to goverment movements of funds.
