Title says it all. It says my debit card is linked, but it's not an option for me to withdraw my funds into. Is there a simple reason that I'm just overlooking?
another reason ,I am sure it is not your case,is that if in the past Paypal has problem working with a credit card,debit card or bank account,it would just exclude it .
eg,someone linked a bank account but when Paypal tries to debit it,it is always out of money
