My payments to PayPal show as a debit in the wallet ledger

Hi - I'm really needing your help because this thing is happeneing and making me very nervous. When I make my PayPal CREDIT payment it shows up as a general ledger entry instead of a CREDIT.  So for examply my last month's statement looked like this:

Payment JYernn for driving Mom to appoitments                -149.00

Payment icicle lights                                                                 -  11.29

Payment to PayPal Credit account                                        -150.00

Payment to house of flowers                                                 -  69.00

Etc, there's no suvtotal at the bottom, but in my mind (which studied genera; accounting in collge) the payment TO PayPal for $150.00 should show as a vredit instead of a debit. or should be shown as a completely dofferent line item altogether. I know in theory I'm correct, but any of you know if this id ok and this is just one more questionable way PayPal does business. Please helpme!  Thank you so much!! I really appreciaye it.....

In this case, use logic, general acocunting ledgers.  These are transaction records to who money transfers; sometimes there are 2 steps to the same transaction.

If we knew why the transcations were there it would help.  We don't know what your purchased or how you paid; those details matter in understanding the transactions.

I only have had one semester of college and never took accounting.  Nor do I have PayPal Credit account.

You paid $150 to PayPal Credit from your PayPal account so of course you would see a debit there.  Go to where you can see your PayPal Credit account transactions to see or should see the credit of $150.
