Hello there!
I have trouble to get credit to my account. at first my aacount is just personal, then my buyer send me $500 USD but it is over my account limit. Then he send me $700 to update my account into business account. But then he send me $1200 more which is double payment. Now Paypal said I have to send him back $1200 through MoneyGram in order to redit $2400 into my account. They said they cannot cancel the payment or cannot do anything. All I have to do is sending $1200 more for him- the buyer. I already ship my package to his address.
What can I do now except sending money??? Please help me
