I recognize that when vendors use Paypal to process credit card payments, the identification that shows up on my bill may say "Paypal" with a phone #, but this is the first year I have been unable to identify some of the vendors. The phone numbers no longer seem to be for the vendor. If I don't recognize a charge, how do I ID the vendor so I can figure out how to classify the payment??
