PayPal Credit - Home Depot

If I've selected Paypal credit to be my default payment instead of my bank account....when I shop at Home Depot and choose PayPal will it charge my PayPal Credit account or my bank? 

When using googleplay it still charges my bank account instead of going to PayPal Credit

No.

You need to specifically select PayPal Credit at time of purchase.  If it is not displayed as an option then it isn't avaiable for that purchase.
