I use PayPal for retail sales and today lost two lots of money from customers even though the sales were in my 'sales activity' as they came in, I even sent the customers a receipt to their mobile number. Then next time I checked the sales had disappeared. One of my customers gave me her credit card details so that sale is safe but the other was an overseas customer and would not (understandable). So I am $58.00 short on my credit card sales ! ! Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem ? I don't think this PayPal here is worth all the effort and would like some suggestions as to which other service I could try
PayPal Here is for in-person sales where the buyer presents a credit card and you process the sale.
PayPal Here is extremely high risk when you don't use a card reader.
I can't figure out exactly how you processed each sale and what supporting documentation you have for the sale. You and the buyer should have paper documentation of the sale.
