PayPal cash through 7 eleven

I recently added $200 through the PayPal cash option where the cashier scans your bar code and you give them to amount to put in your PayPal account. I've done this and receiveed the confirmation email. However when I check my balance it says I have $0. I checked both my emails as I have two PayPal accounts with similar email names but both say $0 in my balance. I still have my receior and was wondering what should I do. Thanks
