PayPal deliberately delays bank transfers now

PayPal always transferred money into your account within 24 hours. Now, on large sums, they delay this "for security reasons" for up to 5 days. This is very bad business. Now I just state in my acutions that using PayPal for large purchases can cause a hold funds delay of up to five days and am going to offer the option of money order for faster service. This is ridiculous on PayPal's part. Just discourages buying and seling on Ebay.

They have just done this to me and I seen the message about the card and 25 cent fee. This is absolutely the problem. I did 2 withdraws earlier in the week and got them next day after midnight. Did another transaction on the 27th and it still hasn't showed in my bank account. Paypal has me furious and has lost a customer been using paypal for so many years. I'm done

I called a supervisor at PayPal twice and complained to them. Now they're delaying every single transaction. Here's the message you see.The PayPal transfer warning screen

i am working remotely. i normally withdraw from payal weekly and the money will reflect on my bank almost within the same day. but starting december 2017, there is a delay time of 3-5 businessdays..which is quite unfair. i called them and they were always sayng about the 3-5 days processing time. 

i even asked if there's any ting i can do to make the transfer faster but they say there's none. i was not told about that 25cent fee thing so i cn get it thru express....

Seems like they want people to switch to Cryptocurrencies. NEM and XRP are looking better and better by the minute. Instant transactions and no need to wait for the bank, almost non existent fees. I really like paypal, and I get a constant stream of 3,000 - 6,000 a month flowing through them, but the extra time to process will mean that I only get money into my account 3 days a week because my country's banks don't operate on Friday, saturday and sunday. Which means only processed fees from Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday (if that) will make it in the same week. This is going to put a serious hamper on my ability to operate business. .25 cents a transaction for express will also mean that I need to pay Paypal an extra 100 dollars a month or more since I have about 400 transactions a month. Unforgivable.
