So I sold a Xbox360 for $155 then once I got the money I wanted to help out my friend. He sent me a Request for $150. I accepted the request and now neither of us have the money. I then sent the other 5 5 to my friends account and it worked but still neither of us have the $150 I need help!

There seems be be some mising information.

When did you sell the xBox? There would have been a fee for the sale, so you would have had less then $155 in your account? More information about this transction is important for a starting point in the story. Also, when did that happen? Were the funds avaiable in your PayPal funds?

What are the current details of that transaction?

Next, since it was a money request from your friend, I assume you sent it as goods services, meaning your friend would pay a fee. It would also means your friend would be expected to ship some goods.

I think those first steps need to be explained and resolved before continuing.

I sold the Xbox today and he payed for friends and family and when my friend requested I sent it as friends and family too 😞

I suspect that these 2 transactions happened close to each other.

As PayPal would see it, you received friends/family funds and then right after that you transferred funds to another party by friends/family. It just might look like suspecious money transfers.

PayPal could be looking at other transactions that you and your 2 friends conducted. If there is anything there you could have a problem.

PayPal could also look at your own past transcations for something irregular.

Using friends/family transactionfor a sale is against PayPal polcicies.

Where the money is? No clue, but phoning PayPal for help may disclose more than you want; it may be only only option though.

his credit card,his bank or his PAYPAL balance?
