Can someone please explain to me why a payment I received to my paypal account is ON HOLD for 21 days, "to ensure the buyer receives their goods" when the payment was via Vivid Seats who have already done this?
They do not process the payment to me until the buyer confirms that they received the tickets I sold them? Then they hold the payment for 7-10 days and now paypal are going to hold for another 21 days!!!
This does not make sense. Can I charge you interest for holding my already verified funds?
