Payment made with wrong method

I have insufficient funds in bank, should have been MasterCard 7432 how can it be changed Completed, but, not sent

If its completed then the seller has been paid in advance as per normal.

Then paypal take a few hours up to a few days to collect the payment from your bank account > if that fails then they may put your paypal account into negative and try again a few days later > if that again fails then they may use your back up funding source ie a card.
