I'm trying to buy a gift for for my friend in Canada from plamoya.com using my debit card, but it keeps throwing a 10486 error code (payment denied). I already called my bank saying it's actually me making the purchase and is not fraud since a US card buying from Japan and sending to Canada is really suspicious. I know the bank is getting the request because in my bank account I can see the money getting taken out then put back in. I've tried to send it to myself but even that doesn't work. I have no idea what the issue could be.
