So yeah, I know I should wait 24 hours And im not seeking for help, Just curious that why is the Money I received under review as nothing Was sold, my friend only sent me Some Money as Gift

PayPal routinely monitors transactions and randomly chooses to review them for security and risk reasons.  It's just a formality.

If you done nothing wrong, there is nothing to worry about.
