Is anyone having this issue of Paypal holding your money, even when you are paying them a fee to use it, but they hold your money at their discretion as if you don't need your money. Did you get anything resolved? If so how?
This is a message I sent to paypal:
This is the second time Paypal has held my payments. I pay Paypal a fee each time a customer uses Paypal on my site. I cannot and will not have Paypal holding my payments. When the customer pays with paypal they are purchasing equipment and space rental. When paypal hold the payment the customers cannot get the service or equipment until paypal releases the funds. If paypal will be holding my payments, please let me know today so that I can inform them not to use paypal on my website because their payments will be held and that they cannot get services until paypal releases the funds. I will instruct them to use my credit/debit card merchants instead or bring or send money orders/checks or bring cash. I need the transaction from March 8, 2018 released immediately. Transaction ID: 19496655TA158852S. Please respond today, again, if paypal will hold payments I will immediately instruct my customers not to use paypal on my site and I will just remove it. I don't need paypal holding my money for me. Those funds belong to me, not paypal and I don't authorize paypal to hold funds that belong to me when I pay a fee to paypal for use of service.
