An editor in Hong Kong (I live in the USA) has asked me to send him a PayPal invoice. I use PayPal regularly for puchases or selling on eBay, but I don't know how to send an invioce payable to my PayPal account.
Just create a PayPal invoice with all product details and shipping costs and method. You complete by sending to the buyer's email address.
