Paypal Mass payment Fee Charge

Hello,

I am using PayPal Mass payment service for transfer amount from one PayPal
account to other PayPal account.

As I have seen on documentation: The fee is 2% of total up to a maximum of
$20.00 USD per payment in the USA

what if I send 6000 $ to one/two user?Any answers and suggestions would be
highly appreciated.

Do the math, 2% for each payment.  Within US, the fee is capped at $1; for foreign recipients, it is 2% but capped at $20 or the foreign currency equivalent of $20.00 USD

If 2% of 6K is over $20, you will be charged $20 fee per payment.

Please confirm as I have shared below.

In my case, Mass Payments recipients are inside the U.S.

If I will make transfer payment less than $20 USD then It will charge 2% of the amount.

If I will make transfer payment of greater than $20 then it will charge fixed $20.

Am I right?

Your recipients pay nothing to receive payments and there's no setup fee or monthly fee for you. You pay a low transaction fee of 2% for each payment, capped at $1 per payment. So if someone is lucky enough to receive a $10,000 payment from you, your payment fee is only $1*.

* For Mass Payments to recipients within the U.S., the fee is 2% of total up to $1 per payment. For Mass Payments to recipients outside the U.S., the fee is 2% of total up to a maximum of $20.00 USD per payment, or the foreign currency equivalent of $20.00 USD.

If the amount you are sending out (domestic) x 2 % equals less than $1, you pay the 2% fee, if more than $1, you pay $1 fee.

If the amount you are sending out (foreign) x 2 % equals less than $20, you pay the 2% fee, if more than $20, you pay $20 fee.

You send out $4.95 and 2% of that is 99 cents, you pay 99 cents, the 2%.

You send out $5.00 and or more, 2% is $1 or more, so you pay $1.
