Paypal phone number unknow in my sandbox developer account

Hello,

I just created a sandbox Paypal developer account on Jan 09, 

I can see 2 new addresses I didn't create "myaddress-falicatator@..." and "myaddress-buyer@...", I understand they are not real email addresses, just ID...

But when I click on "Profile", I can see different Phone number that are not mine, is it normal ?

I have a few other questions, like: I may use different currencies in my website, do you have a full table of all the fees (2.9% + $0.30 in the US) but in France, Germany... ? Is it possible to get a support email ?

Fixed. I now understand and can test the system.
