Pending payments for orders that were not placed

I placed an order with HanesBrands.com on November 24, 2017. The website indicated the order did not go through, so I tried again, with the same result that the order did not go through. I gave up. Then, on PayPal, I saw two pending payments for the same amount to the Hanesbrand website. There are no orders pending and I can't figure out how to cancel the pending payments. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
