This is not enough info to go on to determine what the problem is. What does the previous card got to do with your prepaid card? What was the previous card? Was it also a prepaid card too? Is your prepaid card registered and personalized with the same info as your PayPal account? What were you doing when the prepaid card did not work? What was the error message?
