I am having trouble paying for overseas transactions. The companies in question are www.banggood.com and www.hobbyking.com I have had multiple transactions with both of them over the years with no problems but now when I try and buy something from one of the companies the payment gets declined with the message "payment failed, please try again later or contact us". The problem has been going on for several days. As a test I purchased at item at a US based company and the transaction went through with no issues. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on ? I talked to the bank already and they said its not on their end.
