Refund is pending, but money has been taken from my account

I ordered a jacket from a clothing website (not from ebay).  I requested my order to be cancelled 30 minutes after making the order, yet funds have been taken from my bank account.

On Paypal, it simply says "Pending" then the companies name and the amount being refunded, as well as "Sep 13" at the side.

Anyone know when I will get my refund?

It will take several days, at least.

If your PayPal transction shows being refunded, at least the seller as initiated to refund.

Credit card refunds will take longer than PayPal funds refunds.
