OK so I sent 500 to PayPal, and decided to change my mind. I clicked refund and it says it's complete but the money isn't on my card. How long does it take?
Does it actually take thirty days or is that just the max? Is it typically faster than that? It's rather important that I have my money back, I have waited 2 years for this money to come back to me from my tsp.
Give it 2 weeks for now. Up to 30 days is the industry standard and by federal law. It could be sooner depending on your card issuer. Keep an eye out for it in the Walmart money card account.
