Refunded transaction on Paypal Debit card, still has not shown up.

It should be instant right?

I see no pending refund.

I dropped a class at my community college because I'm going to test out of it, but I need the money from that class to pay the fee.  I also need the money for gas so I can keep going to college and also work at the new job I just got.

I am.. completely broke, and this refund is taking forever.

I see not pending refund, or any indication that my account is aware that there's a refund happening.

I checked with the school, they said they refunded the money to the account that I paid with it.  They said the processed the refund on the 28th and nothing has happened yet.

Please, I'm living off canned food here.

It takes UP TO 30 days for refunds to cards.  This is industry standard for all cards.

Note that it takes up to, up to 30 days so it may not even be the whole 30 days hopefully but PayPal says to allow that much time in general.  Just keep checking back every few days. The 30 days is standard practice as people in the olden times had to wait for their monthly statement to see refunds and the practice has grandfathered onto the Internet age but these days you can log on and see the refunds before you get the statement.

But most refund take place in less than 30 days.
