Reports for Recurring Payments Dashboard

I've contacted customer service about this issue multiple times and have not gotten an answer. I've begun researching other services such as Amazon for taking recurring payments. Before I bolt though I'm giving it one more try here. Hopefully someone in the community forums can help.

I several hunded clients who pay through a subscription service (recurring payments). Keeping track of them has become cumbersome and PayPal's one available report for the recurring payment dashboard is useless to me. So my questions ...

1. I used to be able to see a summary on the Recurring Payment Dashboard. That is, it told me the number of actvice subscribers, suspended, canceled, etc. That disapeared many months ago. Did it move or was it deleted? How can I find it?

2. Can I develop a report that gives me a list of active subscribers along with their email addresses? The one and only report I've been able to find does not include email addresses.

3. I'd like a month-end report that gives me a list of clients who canceled or were suspended during the month (including their email addresses).

Thank you for any insights or direct help.

You may want to also try the Developer's Forum for possible solutions.  Bottom line, there's many things that have changed recently however, as this is a member to member help group - many of us are dealing with similar and different issues.

For example:

* The archive feature for transaction records is no longer available.

* If exporting transaction record history, the option to include the items in your cart is no longer available.

* Also, you can only export 31 days at a time now - bummer if you want a years worth of data.

* PayPal Here scan check feature has been discontinued.

* Some folks don't have the request a paper check option however, there's a shortcut URL that works.

* Trying to find My Saved Buttons is now an Easter egg hunt for some - you just have to go through an extra step or two.

And now the Print Scan Sheet option appears to be is MIA.
