im having troubles on purchasing game card from seagm.com what should i do it keeps sayin System message : The payment attempt was rejected. Please try again or use another payment method.

I only have a balance of less than 100 on the paypal because I rather use back up funds. My account is verified and I have confirmed credit card and bank added for the back up funds. I recently sent more funds to the paypal from my bank but that will take days. I hope that works but is that the reason my payments are being rejected that it needs to have the full amount of the purchase in paypal too?

Not sure why, try the payment again or later.  Searches in Google about this had people reporting this problem but none of the users reply so I guess they were able to send payment later on or didn't buy from seagm.com.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I saw those too. And I've tried all their payment options at later time periods . All fail. I'm having problems when I try to purchase from another game site called rixty. I was able to buy $10 but then started receiving an error if I tried higher so I tried $10 again and still an error. I've contacted them and waiting for their reply. I haven't bought game cards in a long time so maybe it's different where you need full amount of funds in the PayPal account instead of relying on the backup. I'll try to post back in a few days when I try again with the full amount transfered to my PayPal to see if that was the problem and to help anyone else that wants to know about this. 🙂

Yeah, I seen cases like this with G2A.com, Google Play where payment won't go through.

Which is interesting because that means they also possibly track gaming purchase behaviors in relation to your account.  Because how else can one explain the declines.  If the purchase behaviors is funky in any kind of way, it may trip PP's mysterious security and risk algorithms.

Maybe consider calling customer service and see if they can unblock something in your account.  I think it's some security flag.

Called PayPal earlier this morning and was told everything should be okay to make the purchase. I tried but still had the payment rejected message. Also something else strange happened. When I login paypal at the payment page it says "securely logging in" but then it leads me to my account summary page. Tried it a few times, different browsers, cleared cookies and everything, it's the same. Still waiting for my funds to be transferred from the bank to paypal to see if that was the problem. But it says Nov 8th so I have to wait. I also found another post on the forums from a person about payment rejection from seagm.com , but not with a reply on the questions asked about the problem nor any update if able to make the purchase or gave up. On reviews I see recent buyers/reviewing so it must be something wrong on my end.
