Send Gifts From Malaysia

Hi,

i would like to send a Gift from Malaysia without imposing a fee on the receiver but the option of sending gift is not available. When i search online, the step by step is given only in the US site but Malaysia Paypal does not have this option.

How do i send money to the receiver without imposing a fee on the receiver?

It doesn't seem like you can make personal payments or as gifts from Malaysia:

But there is also this page:

So it is kinda confusing.  You're just gonna have to explore the site to find the Send Money link or click Send & Request link on your Summary page
