I got a refund from a site, which paypal randomly sent to a visa card I had no idea about previously, and am sure I've never used before. It's now been added to my account, even though I never added it. I've complained to Paypal and gotten no reply on the matter, does anyone know what is up?
If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. (Don't think it's possible for the card to just appear .... that would be something quite interesting.)
