Thrive Market trial membership

Has anyone else had problems with Thrive Market's trial membership?  I have been trying to cancel this membership before it does an auto renewal for over a week and have been unsuccessful.

They keep stating that I can’t cancel my free trial, and keep throwing benefits of having Thrive in my face trying to get me to reconsider. I dont know what to do

Welcome to the community, both of you! I realize it's a little late to be welcoming you, Debz22. I'm sorry the community didn't answer your question when you posted it, and I sincerely hope that you were able to find the answer through other means. 

I regret the experience that you've both had trying to cancel a subscription or preapproved payment with a merchant. I'm happy to help! To cancel a preapproved payment or subscription that has been set up through PayPal, please take the steps in this article.
