When my sister sends me money by PayPal, I can get the money right away (pay $.25 to get the money on my debit card, or send the money to my bank account in one day for free).
When I send money back to my sister, PayPal tells me it will take several days for her to receive the money, even though she has given me her “PayPal me” code.
