A Person who bought from my shop has done so much to help us grow, and also improve more. Weeks later they chargedback all donations and they we buying Items. They charged back saying the items were not described and they were on web description, but before buying the Item it says everything this item can win or even get you. I know i could putthat in the claim but some reason this happened before and I still loss the claim on an unfair case. Any solutions or somethings you should recomend? This buyer is also a Kid with a paypal account then buying alot of things then chargingback. What should I do?

Usually, with "items not as described" disputes, you have no seller protection. The buyer wins but is required by PayPal to return the item for refund with tracking number. When it is a chargeback, the buyer makes claim through their credit card issuer who decides on the case after their investigation, not PayPal. If the credit card issuer decides to make PayPal refund the money, they have to do that. PayPal really have no control over that. Now if your transaction is eligible for chargeback protection PayPal may reimburse you for fees and transaction amount. If PayPal determines you are not eligible for seller protection, no reimbursement. Best to read up on seller protection policy on how you may be protected as that is what PayPal goes by. Click legal Agreement and click PayPal User Agreement for buyer's country, as those dispute terms will apply.
Furthermore, what type of item you are selling? From your post it seems like it is digital goods for game? Digital goods related to gaming are high risk of chargebacks as you can see. So you might lose this one as well. Your account could be in danger of limitation, even permanent limitation if you get too many chargebacks and PayPal would no longer want to do business with you.
You can let PayPal know that you suspect the buyer is a kid? Possibly under age? They can limit their account to investigate. Get in contact with a dispute specialist here: https://www.paypal.com/us/selfhelp/contact/call. When you are on the line, press zero or say, "agent".
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

What is with so many "Unauthorized CC use" chargebacks these last few months? Been selling on eBay for 7 years! I have over 150K sales annually on eBay and until the last few months I maybe had one unauthorized use chargeback ever. Now I have 4 or 5 a month! I have not lost any funds yet but it's a pain to have to prove my case. I have to look up tracking numbers, upload screen captures and write a statement. I always follow up my positive eBay FB for these people with the comment "Buyer filed fraudulent Unauthorized CC use chargeback with PayPal." I also block them. I wish there was some legal consequence that those who file these fraudulent cases had to face.
