Transfer paypal balance to credit card

I bought tickets with a Visa card. A friend is paying me back via paypal. I have a positive paypal balance currently. Can I transfer this balance/payment to my Visa card instead of it going to my checking account?

For US PayPal accts, you cannot transfer balance to credit cards.
