Transfer under review

I tried transferring money from my paypal account to my debit card and it says its under review why

Yes and i have transferred to this card multiple times in the past with no problem

Yeah .. I feel like I'm imprisoned having them hang my money above my head. They won't give me a reason for such a long time reviewing. And I've proven everything asked from me already. It's going to make my business collapse if I don't receive funds soon to pay customers shipping and possibly become homeless. Unfortunately, all my money is in PayPal for now. That's a big mistake on my part.

It will only hurt PayPal and I in the long run. I won't be running an eBay business anymore and on the street, and PayPal won't be getting further fees from me due to no business. Plus, I'll use other payment processors instead of PayPal for other transactions (to friends, businesses, etc) due to my sign of distrust if this doesn't get resolved.

If this continues another day, I will be forced to file a report with the State of Florida Department of Financial Services (Consumer Services) to get my money back. I've seen this happen too many times where people's accounts were frozen incorrectly only to have them unfrozen months later which is months too late (per lawsuits). Sad.

Hopefully .. something positive comes out of this monetary police state.

Well .. after waiting 2 days for double review. One - for me and my account, and two - for my money transfer to my bank ... it finally went through.

It's crazy that I have to be reviewed TWICE even after eBay approved and verified me. PayPal is their payment processor. Very redundant. Ever since the separation in 2014 .. they seem to not share information as easily. Less efficient?

I even showed printscreens of EVERYTHING. smh

Oh well ... at least I got my money.

I've had an account for 7 or 8 years. Quick math tells me I've done at least 300 transfers with never a problem, and all of a sudden I'm under review? So I tried to do the exact same transfer almost exactly 24 hours later (with different money) and the exact same thing has happened. WTF PayPal!?
