Unknown Paypal payment taken from my bank

I've had the below transaction for £14.99 appear on my bank statement. I absolutely did not make this payment so I don't know where it has come from. It has not appeared on my Paypal history/summary, only on my bank account so I can't dispute the transaction via paypal since it doesen't show up in my activity. My bank have said they will look into it for me, however I'm a bit worried about this as I'm thinking it could mean someone is able to take money from me whenever they want? What should I do?

If the payment does not appear in your PayPal account, that would indicate that this was a guest transaction. Guest transactions are made by entering in the credit or debit card information along with the billing address at checkout. If your email was used, you would receive a receipt for this payment the day it was processed.
