Urban Outfitters Refund

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive a refund from Urban Outfitters? I returned the items to the store but it's still not showing as a refund on my PayPal account.

If you returned item within 30 days from purchase date to the store, full refund will go back to your original payment method. If you returned the item past 30 days, you get merchandise credit for the price paid. And on PayPal, refunds are credited back to the payment method you used to fund the payment accordingly:

Thank you for the information but how long does it take for the refund to hit my PayPal account? It's been a week since I returned the items and my account still hasn't been credited.

Check with Urban Outfitters to see if they in fact did issue a refund to your PayPal account on the original PayPal transaction page.  It should record in PayPal fairly instantly if so and it takes however long as described in the link to credit the payment method used. Also, look for the original PayPal transaction details too, to see if there is a related transaction for the refund.

Did you use PayPal in-store to pay for up your purchase through PayPal, by the way?  Check your email, in case PayPal decided to issue you a merchandise credit via email.
